Spiritual Spice is designed to help you "wear the world like a loose robe." Spiritual Spice is not affiliated with any particular religion, so people from all faiths, or no faith, can feel at home.

The truth is timeless and universal; these blogs and podcasts can be enjoyed over and over. As you change -- they change.

Speaking of timeless, it is Spiritual Spice's pleasure to offer four spiritual classics for sale. Each of these books has stood the test of time, and are as relevant and inspirational today, as when they were first published.

Each of these editions is a pocket-sized labor of love. They are not merely reprints, but the result of many hours of editing grammar, spelling, format, and content.

These books were designed to ensure that "value over cost" was built into each one. Each book can be profitably read many times -- for a lifetime, in fact.

You can find out more about them by clicking here: Spiritual Spice Books

Namaste,  Jim O'Neill

No single tradition monopolizes the truth. We must glean the best values of all traditions and work together to remove the tensions between them. If we do , peace will have a chance.
For dialogue to be fruitful, we need to live deeply our own tradition and, at the same time, look and listen deeply to others. We can appreciate the beauty and value of our own and the other's tradition.

Thich Nhat Hanh

The woodwind music is "Bhatiyali Dhun" by Shakthidhar.

The piano music is from the hymn "Holy, Holy Holy."  The words were written by Anglican clergyman R. Heber (1783-1826;
the music was written in 1861 by John Dykes.

This hymn, which Evelyn Underhill was certainly familiar with, was inspired by Isaiah 6:3

"Holy, holy, holy is the Lord of hosts;

The whole earth is full of His glory."
